Refund & Cancellation Policy

At Hanuman Yuva Sena, we are deeply grateful for your support and contribution towards preserving and promoting Sanatana Dharma and our social causes. As a non-profit organization, every donation is immediately allocated to our ongoing missions such as cow protection (Gau Raksha), religious rights advocacy, anti-conversion awareness, temple land protection, and community development.

This policy outlines our official stance on refunds and cancellations regarding donations or financial contributions.

No Refund Policy

All donations made to Hanuman Yuva Sena — whether online, offline, or via any fundraising initiative — are:

• Non-refundable

• Non-cancellable

• Non-transferrable

Once a transaction is confirmed, we do not entertain any refund, return, or cancellation requests, except in rare cases of accidental duplicate payments (see below).

Exception – Duplicate Transactions

In the event you mistakenly make a duplicate donation or an incorrect payment amount, please notify us within 7 days of the transaction. Upon verification and approval, we may process a refund for the excess amount only.

Please include the following in your request:

• Your full name

• Transaction date & amount

• Mode of payment (e.g., UPI/Bank Transfer)

• Screenshot or proof of the duplicate payment

No Product Sales / Service Subscription

Hanuman Yuva Sena does not sell physical goods or paid services through this website. Donations are entirely voluntary and not tied to the purchase of any product, item, or benefit. Hence, standard e-commerce refund terms do not apply.

Legal & Tax Guidelines

All donations are utilized for the religious, charitable, and legal advocacy activities listed under our mission. Donors must ensure they comply with relevant local laws and are responsible for declaring such donations during tax filings if applicable.

Payment Safety Assurance

We ensure all donation transactions are processed using secure and encrypted payment gateways. However, Hanuman Yuva Sena is not responsible for any payment failure due to issues at the donor’s end (e.g., low balance, network issues, bank restrictions).
